Order Processing Policy

We strive to process all orders within 1-4 Weeks, depending on product availability. If an item is in stock or made on-demand, it will be processed within this timeframe. Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume. For the most accurate information, please refer to the specific product page.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Please note that we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Before completing your purchase, please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, provided you have given us your email address. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.

Order Insurence Policy

While we take great care to ensure your products arrive safely, our responsibility for any damage ends once the carrier accepts the shipment. If you opt for insured shipping, we guarantee a 100% refund within 3 business days if your order arrives damaged.

Please retain the box and all packaging materials, as most claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier within 3 business days of delivery.

We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping for added protection.

Refund Policy

Because each product is made on demand, we cannot offer a full refund if the order is not canceled within 1-3 days. This is due to the use of raw materials and labor to initiate the manufacturing process. Refund requests are processed within 20 business days.

PRE-ORDER Items are non refundable in most cases, these products fall in Custom Item policy, which are very expensive to make. 

At Greencade, we thoroughly inspect all items before shipment. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Understanding the risks and uncertainties of online shopping, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on most of our products.

To return a product, please mail it back to us. As per standard practice, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please note that shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping costs are only refundable if we made an error or if the product is defective. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Received a broken or non-working item

Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the box or product, take photos immediately and contact our support team at support@greencade.com. Greencade carefully inspects all items before shipment, so do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier within 3 business days of delivery. While we take great care in ensuring the safe arrival of your products, our responsibility for damage ends once the carrier accepts the shipment. If you opted for insured shipping, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Non-Working Products: If your product is not functioning as it should, please contact our support team right away at support@greencade.com. We are happy to assist you in resolving any issues.

Sale, Personalized, and Pre-Order Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, personalized, and pre-order items cannot be refunded.
